Who we are
Smart Human Solutions is ABÉYA NOVA’s training and organisational consulting brand. Assignments carried out under this brand are contracted and invoiced by ABÉYA NOVA (SAS, SIRET 991 296 161 00011).
We start from real work, meaning what actually happens at the workstation, within the team and inside the procedures. We then produce usable deliverables: a risk assessment document, a skills framework, a prevention plan, a manager’s toolkit. Not a report that stays in a drawer.
ABÉYA NOVA also brings complementary skills in management, digital tools, artificial intelligence and automation.
