Our training activity

Professional training

Training designed around your actual situation, delivered by the same experts who work in the field.

Regulatory framework

Training provider registration

ABEYA NOVA has been registered as a professional training provider with the Prefect of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region since 17 July 2026.

Training provider registration number

84070190407

Enregistré sous le numéro 84070190407. Cet enregistrement ne vaut pas agrément de l'État.
Registered under number 84070190407. This registration does not constitute State approval.

What this registration allows

  • Issuing professional training agreements and contracts.
  • Issuing the completion certificates required by the French Labour Code.
  • Being identified as a training provider by the French administration.

What it does not mean

  • It is not State approval.
  • It is not a quality certification, Qualiopi in particular.
  • It does not automatically grant access to CPF or OPCO funding.
  • It says nothing about the teaching quality of our programmes.

We would rather state this plainly than let anyone assume a recognition we do not hold. Any funding available for your project is reviewed with you at the quotation stage.

How we train

Our teaching approach

We do not run through an off-the-shelf deck. Every course starts with a conversation about your situation, your constraints and what you expect participants to be able to do afterwards.

Our trainers are the same people who carry out our consulting assignments. They work from your situations, your documents and your vocabulary, not from generic case studies.

Discuss a training need

Principles

  • 01 Start from real situations taken from your organisation
  • 02 Alternate input, practical exercises and work on your own documents
  • 03 Have participants produce what they will actually use at their workstation
  • 04 Involve line management so that learning holds after the course
  • 05 Come back some time later to measure what has stuck
