Legal basis: processing relies on ABEYA NOVA’s legitimate interest in responding to the requests it receives (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The form’s tick box is not a separate legal basis: it records that you were informed of how your data is used.
Retention period: data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

This website does not use tracking or profiling cookies. Strictly necessary technical cookies may be set to ensure the proper functioning of the site. No advertising cookies are used.
To measure website traffic, we use Matomo Analytics in cookieless mode. The data collected covers pages viewed, traffic source, an approximate location derived from your IP address (country, region, city) and your interactions with the page: clicks on buttons and links, language switching, scroll depth, reading time, and both starting to fill in the contact form and submitting it. Your IP address is truncated before any recording: it does not allow personal identification. This audience-measurement data is kept for a maximum of 25 months (760 days), after which it is deleted automatically.
